The staff were very kind and I had a comfortable stay~
I really, really like it.
Neat and nice!
It's quiet and the cleanliness is good. However, I want to point out that the front desk staff are unfriendly. I use it an average of 3.4 days per month. I expect slightly friendlier service. Also, I recommend a mileage (loyalty points) system.

I had a pleasant stay. For places with a kitchen, it would be nice to have a separate microwave.
I stayed alone for a training. The parking was convenient and I used a twin room, but it was disappointing that there was no bathtub. Charging cables are usually provided, but here you had to pay a deposit or leave your ID to borrow one. The room rate isn't cheap, so shouldn't basic cables be provided... The room condition was average. There was a stain on the comforter that looked like kimchi broth, so I did not want to use it.
Spacious and clean for the price, and the front desk was friendly. But not being able to watch YouTube or Netflix was a bit boring.
Check-in after 15:00, Check-out before 12:00 (noon)
No smoking in all areas of the hotel
An additional cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged if caught smoking.
Minors are not permitted to stay alone
Minors can stay when accompanied by a guardian

On weekends (Friday, Saturday), parking may not be available within the hotel depending on the parking situation.
If caught bringing pets, an additional cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged, and guests will be asked to vacate immediately.
Bathroom Amenities: From June 1, 2019, toothbrush sets and razors must be purchased separately at the 1st floor front desk (1,000 KRW each).
