Because it was a first-floor room without windows, insects were crawling in the bathroom, on the floor, and on the walls... I caught a few but more kept appearing... The only relief was that I didn't find any on the bed?! -- I considered checking out immediately but I couldn't turn off the lights, so I left them on, lay down, washed up, and left early. I don't think I'll go back; insects are the worst!
It's fine for one person.
The room is not soundproof, so it was very embarrassing when I went with my child. You should be careful when going with children.
Good for sleeping alone. The accommodation is reasonably clean and adequate overall. However, there is no elevator so you have to walk up, and because of the area around the station there are many homeless people, so walking around at night felt scary. I just couldn't sleep because pigeons were cooing from dawn, but the accommodation itself is fine.

At first the room had bugs, so I changed rooms.
A clean place to sleep for a Seoul trip.
Excellent accessibility and a very good accommodation. Soundproofing is also good.
Close to Seoul Station and the interior is clean. However, there is no elevator and the interior is smaller than expected, but I am satisfied for the price.
Okay for staying alone. The shower facilities are a bit inconvenient and the soundproofing is poor. It's fine for one night's business stay.
Both the location and value for money are good! I will probably visit every time I have a business trip to Seoul
