All rooms are based on double occupancy (2 guests per room). When booking via the app, rooms are assigned randomly by room type.

Capacity may vary by room type, such as Twin rooms (up to 3 guests). (No extra blankets are provided.)

Additional fees apply for exceeding the standard occupancy (20,000 KRW per additional guest). (No extra blankets provided.)

Rooms with a maximum occupancy of 2 guests cannot accommodate additional guests.

Cancellations or refunds are not available if check-in is refused due to a reservation for mixed-gender occupancy of 2 or more guests

(Mixed-gender occupancy is not permitted when using the Family Styler.) Please contact the hotel for inquiries regarding reservations with additional guests.

In the event of a no-show on the day of check-in, the hotel will not refund the amount paid.

Minors are not permitted to stay. Same-sex guests are also not permitted; even if you inquire, check-in will be denied.

Please bring a valid ID.

(No phone photos; check-in will be denied if you do not bring an ID.) No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

⭐H-AVENU HOTEL Notice 1⭐

Smoking in guest rooms may trigger the sprinkler system,

and you may be held liable for any damages resulting therefrom.

All guest rooms are non-smoking.

Guests who wish to smoke are asked to do so outside the building.

Pursuant to Article 9 of the National Health Promotion Act, the lobby and all guest rooms are designated as non-smoking areas,

and a fine of 100,000 won will be imposed if you are caught smoking.

Additionally, please understand that if a room becomes unusable due to cigarette odor resulting from smoking inside the room,

you may be held liable for damages.

Compensation will be required for any damage or destruction to room furnishings or furniture, including the use of candles, cooking, hair dyeing, throwing objects, or damaging wallpaper.

If any in-room items (such as a malfunctioning or damaged computer, hair dryer, coffee pot, towels, etc.)

are damaged or removed from the room, you will be held liable for compensation.

Our hotel inspects every single guest room individually.

Article 366 (Damage to Property, etc.)

Any person who damages, conceals, or otherwise renders useless another person’s property, documents, or electronic records or other special media records

shall be punished by imprisonment for up to three years or a fine of up to 7 million won.

Furthermore, in the event of damage to hotel property, replacement with a new item is the standard procedure, and the hotel may charge for the period the room remains vacant until the replacement is made.

Therefore, we hereby notify you in advance that you are obligated to inform the hotel manager if you inadvertently damage hotel property.

Furthermore, the hotel assumes no responsibility for the loss of valuables, personal belongings, electronic devices, or other items not deposited with the front desk. Lost items will be disposed of after a maximum of two weeks.

Pets are not permitted in guest rooms; if discovered, you may be asked to check out without a refund.

The hotel assumes absolutely no responsibility or liability for

valuables not entrusted to the front desk.

Even if you contact the hotel regarding lost items,

they will be held for a maximum of two weeks and then disposed of without further notice.

Please be aware of this.

All rooms are non-smoking.

If you have not checked in by 4:00 AM, your reservation will be treated as a no-show. (Please contact the hotel in advance if you plan to check in late.)

Our hotel offers more than 10 different room types.

Each room type features a representative photo, and other rooms may vary.

All rooms are assigned randomly by type.

Standard rooms do not have bathtubs.

For PC Deluxe Rooms, rooms with bathtubs are also assigned randomly.

Unlimited Stay, Early Check-in, and Late Check-out reservations are assigned to Standard Rooms.

Party Room Usage Guidelines

The karaoke room is available free of charge and can be used until midnight. (All systems will automatically shut down at midnight without prior notice.)

Arcade games are free to use with no time limit.

If using the grill, you must purchase butane gas on your own.(We do not sell butane gas.)

You may be asked to leave if you engage in dangerous cooking activities, light open flames or candles, light a cake, hold events involving balloons, or bring pets; in such cases, the accommodation fee is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

The room capacity (6 guests) may not exceed the maximum occupancy (8 guests) (infants and toddlers stay free), and parking is limited to two vehicles.

You may not transfer, rent, or request a refund for your reservation to a third party without the hotel’s permission.
