The owner is kind, and it's perfect for two people to lie down, laze around, and relax. The remodeling was well done so we used it without major inconvenience; it's cozy and the air conditioner works well so it's cool. I had to log into the OTT again, but the owner helped me log in even late at night — thank you. We watched comfortably while lying down, thank you.

I stayed at Mullae Guesthouse while hanging out near Mullae Station; very convenient. I had a nice stay at Mullae Guesthouse. I liked that it's close to the popular Mullae Station!
My parents and family came to Seoul to visit, and since it was near my house and had good reviews, I booked Mullae Guesthouse. My parents were staying in room 303 and the toilet got clogged. They tried to fix it themselves but couldn't, so they called to ask if someone could come help, and were told no. The person who answered the phone said no one could come and that the staff had already left, and if needed they should use the first-floor restroom. Is that the proper way to operate a lodging? Why should guests have to endure that inconvenience and go from the third floor to the first floor to use the bathroom? There are a lot of stairs. They somehow fixed the clogged toilet but it clogged again, and they had to fix that before checking out. I feel so sorry to my parents. This kind of issue surely wasn't the first time—has the operator always responded like this? Very disappointing.

After a hard day I rested well!! The room was clean and there were plenty of amenities, so I always highly recommend it to anyone staying in Mullae-dong!

This accommodation is hard to find in Mullae. It is contactless so convenient, and supplies are stocked generously.
I booked here near Mullae Station in a hurry just to sleep, and it was quite cozy and nice. But maybe because there were many foreigners, it was noisy even in the early morning, haha. Still, the bedding was good, the water pressure was strong, and I was quite satisfied.

★Gowns, water (2nd floor refrigerator), towels, and other disposable items are available on the microwave shelf in front of the front desk on the 2nd floor. Feel free to take as many as you need for free.
★Washing machine and dryer fully equipped for long-term guests, multi-night guests, and business travelers (free). It's very hot these days, and you sweat a lot, so we prepared this. It's hard for business travelers and long-term, multi-night guests to do laundry, right?
Mullae Yeogwan provides free use of the dryer (latest Samsung model). You can use it on the rooftop.

Please use the Mullae-dong public parking lot across the street (1,800 KRW for 1 hour). If you wish,
On Saturdays and Sundays, all surrounding factories are closed, so you can park in front of the factories or on the roadside in front of the store (no cameras).
An additional 20,000 KRW will be charged for each extra person.
The number of blankets for additional guests is limited, so please contact the accommodation in advance to request additional guests so we can provide them.
★All rooms are non-smoking.
Smoking will activate the fire alarm.
Smoking will trigger an alert to the front desk, result in a 300,000 KRW cleaning fee, and eviction.
If you need to smoke, please use the outdoor area on the 1st floor.
Mullae Yeogwan owner's tips for Mullae Yeogwan, living in Mullae-dong:
1. Nearby convenience store locations - Convenience stores are expensive; right across the street is a 24-hour large discount Home Mart.
2. There's a Ttareungi bike rental station right across from Mullae Yeogwan! If you come by Ttareungi, it's a 4-5 minute ride from Mullae Station or Sindorim Station.
3. With the new airport bus service at Mullae Station, international travelers can also visit. Use airport bus number 6008 (get off at Mullae Station).

ㄴ5 minutes away: Obok Sundaeguk (Sundaeguk Jeongsil - tender boiled pork slices in a rich beef bone broth, highly recommended for hangovers)
ㄴ1 minute away: 24-hour Jeonju Myeongga Kongnamul Gukbap (Feeling hungry late at night? Recommended for hangovers with squid jeotgal)

Important Notes for Party Room Use★
Please dispose of trash and sort recyclables properly.
Please tie all trash generated in the party room into a single bag or place it in a box
and leave it in front of Room 308.
Please separate general trash from recyclables and place them in separate bags.
Please be sure to wash all dishes and utensils used in the party room.
Please return tables and chairs to the back of the storage room. They could be blown away by the wind and cause injury.
If waste separation and cleanup are not done properly, the person who made the reservation will be charged a cleanup fee of 100,000 won.
Please be sure to clean up after your event.
