The service is very good and the room condition is excellent. They included a package with Ssemerna or Wonderbox, so there were lots of things to do. I recommend it.
There are really a lot of activities and things to do inside the hotel, and above all everyone who was there was very kind, so I had a wonderful time.
It was the best accommodation!
The staff were very kind and the facilities were all great. I was a bit disappointed that the bed was too soft. My back hurt.

I highly, highly recommend Art Paradiso for a hotel staycation!!! There was nothing disappointing and everyone was so kind that I was moved.. The Sarasae restaurant is so pretty and the interior of Art Paradiso feels like an art museum, very luxurious with many artworks, so it's the best!!!!
My husband and I booked a hotel staycation for our wedding anniversary to really relax, and we were so, so happy! We arrived 30 minutes before check-in, but fortunately they helped us check in early so we could enjoy ourselves without wasting any time. From the welcome drink to entering the room, everyone was very kind, and there were so many facilities to use that we were happily busy. The atmosphere from the lobby to the room entrance felt very luxurious, and being a no-kids zone made it even better! The room was larger than expected, so we rested comfortably. The bedding was soft and cozy so we slept deeply, and they provided plenty of towels and water, so we rested very well. If we do another hotel staycation, we will definitely come back here!!

Art Paradiso is a product exclusively for adults (ages 19 and older); minors are not permitted to use it. Please note that no refunds will be issued if access is restricted on-site due to age restrictions.
Amenities (Main Hotel – Swimming Pool, Play Lab, Fitness / Art Paradiso – GYM@HOME) are available during your stay but cannot be used after checkout.
This package accommodates 2 adults per room.
However, a maximum of 3 adults may stay per room, and extra beds cannot be added (Duplex Suites accommodate up to 2 adults).
A fee of 55,000 won will be charged for each additional adult, and benefits for Art Paradiso GYM@HOME, as well as the Main Hotel’s fitness center and swimming pool, will be provided.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Separate fees may apply for early check-in or late check-out.
Please bring a photo ID for guest verification at check-in.

In accordance with the government’s “Resource Recycling Act” and to help reduce the use of single-use items, we will no longer provide single-use items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors starting March 1, 2024.
