General Policies

1. Please be advised in advance that Between Haeundae does not provide services to the same standard as general accommodations.

2. Between Haeundae minimizes the use of disposable amenities. Items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers are not provided free of charge, but eco-friendly daily necessities can be purchased at the convenience store directly in front.

3. Cooking is not allowed in the rooms.

4. Please use nearby paid parking lots.

5. In case of damage to or loss of items in the room due to customer negligence, compensation may be charged.

6. Minors are not permitted to stay without an accompanying adult guardian.

7. Pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

8. Between Haeundae is a non-smoking building.

Reservation Notice: Room rates are based on double occupancy. For special rooms such as party rooms, direct confirmation of the number of guests is required. An additional fee applies for each extra person. (Inquire with the accommodation) Additional charges may be automatically applied if the check-out time is exceeded. Please confirm with the affiliated property directly regarding the admission of minors before making a reservation. Cancellations/refunds are not possible for denied admission due to reservations made by unaccompanied minors. When mixed-gender groups include minors, ID verification may be requested. If not provided, admission may be denied, and cancellations will not be refunded. Room information may change frequently due to circumstances at the affiliated property. We are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from this. Please refrain from excessive noise at night, as guests may be asked to vacate immediately. Criminal charges may be pressed for property damage or theft in the room.
