It feels like being in a foreign country; it's so, so pretty.
I stayed at The Sienna Primo. The room looked exactly like the photos (taken with an iPhone), it was very tidy, and the bed in the room was comfortable so I slept well. One thing to note: there is no convenience store at the resort, so I recommend buying snacks at the airport or nearby beforehand. I always buy snacks at the airport when I go. The outdoor pool is clean and warm, so it is great for playing. All the resort staff were very friendly. The pool is clean and genuinely warm, so you can enjoy it for hours, and the breakfast quality was good and tasty — very satisfying. We rested well and had a lot of fun. Also, the resort has a sauna, but Primo guests cannot use the sauna, so I suggest using the poolside bar area showers or showering in your room. The next day I used the Primo pool with my daughter. Someone changed a diaper in the shower room and left the used diaper on the shared vanity where the hair dryer is; I threw it in the trash. There were some three-generation families among the guests, and I understood because there were babies wearing diapers. Pool attendants are not responsible for that kind of task, so please make sure to dispose of trash yourself in your room or at least in the restroom or shower room trash bin!! Also, before using the pool, a very small number of women of various ages kept their makeup on. Please remove makeup before entering the pool. This is not a private pool but a shared facility. Small manners reflect your character and are basic courtesy. Please. My family liked the accommodation and we plan to visit again. For reference, if you get off at the Agricultural Technology Institute after 3:00 PM, there is a mini shuttle bus exclusively for The Sienna Resort & Primo right near the bus stop. It is a bit of a walk up to the resort from the bus stop, so use the mini shuttle for convenience and remember to thank the driver when you get off :-) Have a great hotel stay.

Hot water pool, breakfast, etc. It's good to go with a child~ Our child loved the princess-style accommodation too~^^ But because we usually travel staying at resorts and during our Jeju trip we stayed at a resort for the first 3 nights, the hotel felt a bit small~^^;
Clean. We rested comfortably at the accommodation~~
This is the best accommodation in Jeju. Instead of hesitating between other 5-star luxury hotels, just choose and visit Resort Primo. I can say it has the best facilities, service, and food.

It was clean and great for kids to use the pool!!

I was overall very satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and the room condition. However, the response regarding dinner buffet use was quite disappointing. When I asked at the lobby, I was told the buffet would contact the room, so I waited, but I did not receive any contact for over 30 minutes. In the end I had to inquire again myself and was rushed to eat as the dining closing time approached, which made me uncomfortable. If the guidance and response had been a little quicker, it would have been a much more satisfying experience.

The room was very clean and I liked it. When staying consecutive nights, the room was well refreshed without any special request, and although the breakfast selection was not large, the food tasted very good.

A hotel that satisfied both my child and my parents. The room was really neat. Breakfast was perfect from abalone to pho. The heated pool is perfect—feels like being abroad. We played well in the resort-like pool. The staff were very kind. I couldn't find any faults. We also used the playground well. I want to come again.

The accommodation was neat and spacious, so it was nice to look around. The breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly. It was nice that you could eat and drink at the pool.
