An eight-story new motel, prices are affordable and the facilities and parking are well kept. The nearby convenience stores are a bit far, but on the first floor there is a small unmanned mini shop selling Hangang ramen cup noodles, Hebban cooked rice, alcohol, frozen dumplings, and dried snacks, and they provide free toast + jam. The owner seems to really think about guest convenience.

This place is definitely in my top 5 among motels I've stayed at. No matter how many reviews I read, you can still be disappointed sometimes... For me, cleanliness and comfort come before flashy facilities. A clean room with no odors from the sheets or pillows, neatly arranged without any clutter. It was definitely quiet since it's out on the outskirts. There were no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so the little mini convenience store they set up on the first floor showed a lot of consideration for guests. I rested comfortably and left. I probably won't have many reasons to come to this area u but if I do, I will definitely stay here again.
