Many reviews said cleanliness was poor, so I visited thinking, "It can't be that bad." The room rate was inexpensive, so I was prepared to tolerate some shortcomings, and I am not usually overly sensitive about cleanliness. However, it was far worse than I expected. There was a used toothpick left on the bedside table, and a persistent foul odor like an old drain came from the room. I also saw mold in several places around the sink, which gave the impression that maintenance was not being done properly. Most disappointing was the spa and large public bath, which is why I chose this place. Under the bath chairs there were obvious signs of poor hygiene, and I saw bodily discharge and white hairs floating in the bathtub water, making it difficult to use. The biggest problem is the very poor cleanliness management rather than the facilities themselves. I think this could be improved with a little more attention, and I hope the hygiene management is definitely addressed.
This is the place we stayed after the baseball game. The staff were super friendly and the place was clean. If parking were inside the building, it could be about 4-star level.
The accommodation was clean and parking was convenient since we could use the Homeplus across the street, and you absolutely must go to the bath! Everyone says that when they come to Incheon again they will definitely stay here!
The room cleaning was not done properly, especially under the bed and under the bedside table. There was no toothbrush cup, which was surprising. Breakfast had almost nothing to eat, and the food was generally cold, which was disappointing.
It was a satisfying stay.
The place was clean, and I liked that I could use the sauna.
There was dust and hair scattered on the floor and hair left in the bathroom sink, so it seems they didn't clean at all. I was very upset.
I visited again after a year, and it seems even better.
It is close to Munhak Stadium, the staff are friendly, and the accommodation is cozy and nice just like its name.
The place was clean and I enjoyed the on-site bath. I will probably come again from time to time.
