Cancellations/refunds for refused entry due to minors booking mixed-gender rooms are not possible.

Even for special rooms with a maximum occupancy of 2 or more, mixed-gender groups of 3 or more are not allowed, except for family units.

This affiliated property is a non-smoking building. Please note that indoor smoking may result in a fine and additional costs related to deodorization, in accordance with Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act.

Compensation may be requested for excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc. The use of tape for events and fire hazards such as gunpowder or fireworks is prohibited. Compensation liability may be incurred for damage or fire after use.

Excessive noise due to drinking or loud singing may result in eviction, and refunds are not possible.
