Gumi Hotel Geumosan

It was quiet, the air was nice, and I loved it :)

You can wake up in the morning to the sound of birds.

I checked in at night and couldn't find the slippers, then discovered they were in the closet but they were winter slippers. This is the first time I've seen slippers like that at a hotel. Also the TV wouldn't turn on, and I couldn't find a hotel guide, so I tried to call the front desk by picking up the phone and pressing 0 but it didn't connect, and pressing 9 didn't connect either. Reluctantly I called the hotel's main switchboard number that had called me for check-in and they answered. They told me to press the remote's external input twice and then press 7, so I did that, but only the hotel promotional video kept playing and the TV would not show regular channels, so they said they would send maintenance. They also said they would check the air conditioner since it wasn't working. We waited but maintenance never came. A friend who was with me started pressing the remote buttons and somehow the TV came on... When I called back and said the TV was on but what about the air conditioner, they said the air conditioning is a central cooling system and they only turn it on for guests who request it. I asked them to turn it on but they never did; it wasn't very hot so we just left it off. The shower water pressure was weak, and they had put two pillows inside the storage cabinet... Anyway, I do not want to use this hotel again.

The surroundings were quiet and the facilities were excellent; I had a good rest.

The air conditioner controls do not work well.

The scenery was beautiful and the hotel facilities were excellent.

Despite being an older hotel, there were no signs of wear; it was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and the service was satisfactory. They honored my request for a fan and cleaned the room daily. I am very satisfied with this hotel. Highly recommended!

Everything from cleanliness and bedding condition to the breakfast was perfect!
