It looks exactly like the photos. The unmanned check-in system is convenient. The hot spring water was nice, but it was so hot that it was hard to stay in for long. The spa area windows don't show the outside well, so the view is a bit unclear. Upstairs stays humid because of the spa. Still, there was a large refrigerator, some simple dishes, and a dining table, so it was good for eating fruit or delivery food. One downside is that the standard occupancy is 3 people but there was only one king bed and no extra bedding. Even if we tried to sleep on the floor, the marble floor was too cold, so we just squeezed in to sleep. Also, the sound of the spa water runs constantly upstairs, so it was noisy all night — I kept thinking if there had been one more door it might have helped. Considering how the spa system circulates, mold could easily form, but the lower floor showed no sign of that and seemed well maintained. They provided robes and plenty of towels, and the provided amenities seemed thoughtfully prepared (there was even hair gel, spray, and a hair straightener), so overall I was satisfied.

Spa and standard rooms each come with a private garage, allowing guests to park in the garage and check in immediately upon arrival.
Guests staying in condo-style rooms should park in the hotel’s on-site parking lot, visit the front desk on the 3rd floor, and follow the staff’s instructions to check in.
All rooms at WJ Hotel Full House are non-smoking. For the sake of your health and the comfort of other guests, please refrain from smoking in your room.
At WJ Hotel Full House, pets are not allowed in any guest rooms. (Immediate check-out will be enforced if a pet is found.)
The Condo-Style VIP, Condo-Style Twin Induction, Family Private Spa View, and Couple Spa View rooms are equipped with an induction cooktop and a sink, allowing guests to prepare simple meals.
However, cooking strong-smelling dishes such as grilled fish or grilled meat is not permitted.
