This hotel is friendly, clean, and perfect.
I thought the hotel would be expensive, but I received excellent service at a relatively low price.
The hotel is large and grand, and the swimming pool is wonderful. If you have a baby, you should definitely visit. The staff are also very kind.
First of all, the accommodation was very clean.
As expected, a 5-star hotel is different. I spent almost the entire 3 nights and 4 days at the hotel and was happy every moment.
It was excellent.
Room condition, amenities, etc. — I'm satisfied every time I visit.
As expected from Lotte Hotel — I visit every six months and am satisfied each time.
The accommodation is so good.
It's clean and nice!!

- Family Twin: Based on 2 guests / Maximum occupancy: 3 adults + 1 child or 2 adults + 2 children (★Accommodation for 4 adults is not permitted)
If the standard occupancy is exceeded, an additional fee of 24,200 KRW per night applies per adult or child (extra bed not included)
※ Extra beds cannot be added to the Charlotte and Hello Kitty Suite rooms; an additional occupancy fee is required. (No additional guests allowed in the Charlotte Terrace Ocean Double Room.)
All rental items are available on a first-come, first-served basis via advance reservation.
