Sono Belle Danyang (WEST Building)

We had a comfortable rest with our family.

The view was good, but the cleaning in the room's corners (around the dining table and vanity, etc.) was poor—there were hairs and dust.

Overall it's quiet, and the breakfast is decent.

The view, service, and facilities were all excellent! I had such a great rest~ But weekend parking is really difficult T_T

It was pleasant and nice There were lots of things for kids to play with in the basement so they played to their heart's content We only slept in the room haha The bedding is clean! However, I wish there were power outlets next to the bed too T_T Charging my phone was very inconvenient haha

I am satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms and the service. However, at the water park most staff were friendly, but two employees (one woman, one man) acted as if they were selling luxury goods at a designer shop in a drama or movie, speaking and behaving arrogantly as if promoting their own items. That was very off-putting and happened twice. Also, the hygiene at the water park restaurant did not look good and the food is outrageously priced. I recommend bringing water, drinks (not in glass bottles), and peeled fruit since those can be consumed in the water park. There are people like that everywhere, but it is disappointing that such staff and conditions lower the overall standard.

I've never withheld five stars across Baemin reviews, but I'm so stunned I'm leaving this. It was listed as an ondol (heated floor) room when booking and at check-in, but the floor wasn't warm. When I asked they said the building has central heating and it's not the season to turn on the heat. When I asked why they called it an ondol room, they said it was because there is no bed. Keep this in mind when booking.

Clean place. I'm a regular customer who always uses it.
