The non-remodeled rooms are better to use. Because the living room/kitchen is separate from the bedroom, regardless of remodeling, hallway noise is audible. The floor cleaning was not thorough so there was dust and hair, and the resort's internal facilities were disappointing because there was nothing to do.
The sea is right in front of the accommodation, so it was very nice. The sauna facilities were also good. The lodging itself is very old, haha. The bathroom is old. The sink is old. The other facilities are good.
❌❌❌❌❌Absolutely do not recommend❌❌❌❌❌ I spent over 200,000 won and this place completely ruined my mood. I booked because it said ocean view, but what a joke lol 👉🏻👉🏻👉🏻👉🏻👉🏻 It was a <construction-site view> lol 1. At the front desk they suddenly insisted I should be aware that you can see the construction at the neighboring building. 2. Then they also suddenly insisted I should be aware that my reserved room is the farthest from the elevator. If that’s the case, you should have stated it on the app from the start. Construction-site view! 5 minutes walk to the elevator! 3. And it’s next to the garbage area lol are you crazy lol. From 8:00 AM staff or cleaners kept leaving the door open and sorting trash for over 30 minutes, waking me up. 4. Extremely dirty. Mold was growing on the curtains. There was a dead cockroach between the curtains. 5. Super noisy from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM because of construction. 6. For a World Cup promotion they said “Gorgonzola, chicken 10% off” so I ordered, but it turned out to be cold, soggy food from Ashley Queens and it tasted awful. 7. Then at checkout the next day they tried to charge me the full amount even though they had advertised a 10% discount. When I objected, they only then said they would check—are they just nickel-and-diming guests like this? 8. They call it breakfast but they serve overpriced food from Ashley Queens that doesn’t taste good. 9. Parking is a nightmare!!!!!!!!!! Outdoor parking but there weren’t even spots, so I had to circle for an hour to find parking. Absolutely do not recommend.

The room was renovated so it was clean. The vanity? is blocked by the door so it is inconvenient to use. Because of the location, flying insects occasionally appear. There were no mosquitoes. The staff were friendly. Be careful, the shower floor is slippery. The Ashley breakfast was disappointing. I understand self-service for food, but having to clear your own dishes... and the foods that require hands-on are not great. The bakery on the first floor has tasty bread. Washing machine/dryer on the 4th floor costs 2000 won. Detergent and softener are automatically dispensed. There is a drying rack in the room, so those who need to do laundry can use it. The beach is close, good for kids to play in the sand and swim. If you did not bring towels, buy them on the first floor... I bought one too...... You cannot cook strong-smelling foods in the room, but prepared foods are okay. Just sort recyclables properly. They even deliver to the door. You don't have to go to the lobby. It was nice to stay with kids. I want to go when the Grand Kensington opens.....The end.
The wind was strong so we couldn't go into the water, but it was an enjoyable accommodation in many ways.
The sea is right there so the view is great.
The place was clean and the staff were friendly, which I liked.
The accommodation faces the sea. The building is a bit old, but the cleanliness and kindness made us happy, and we could relax with meals and coffee. Good!!
Cost-effective accommodation with a private beach. No need to go out to Ashley Queens; it was good and inexpensive. The triple room has a double bed and one set of bedding. They provide one 2L bottle of water, so the amount is plenty but the weight is inconvenient. The parking lot is crowded; even on a weekday the parking spots are hit-or-miss. There is new construction at the adjacent Grand Kensington, and despite heavy equipment noise from morning through the day, there was no notice asking for understanding. The corridors to the rooms felt like an old school hallway, which was surprising. It would be nice to have indirect lighting or a bedside lamp in the room. I went to the dinner buffet at 7PM; although it was supposed to close at 9PM, before 8PM they removed all the food labels and created a closing atmosphere without refilling missing dishes, so we couldn't eat comfortably. Amenities included two shampoos and one treatment, but no body wash, which seemed like an oversight. We had many different experiences, but despite the low price, it has a cheat-code quality for enjoying the beach.
Because the room had not been renovated, it felt quite dated. The dishes were mismatched and the cups were... haha It was fine to use, but the bathroom tile floor becomes extremely slippery when wet, so be careful. I saw new properties being built, so staying in a renovated place would be the best!!! The location is great for a Goseong trip. The front desk was friendly~ The sauna with an ocean view was also great~~~ I would like to stay here again on my next trip!
