Clean, spacious, and nice.
I chose it after reading reviews~ The bedding was so comfortable and nice. The hotel cleanliness was on the good side. Breakfast was not that great~~~
There was everything needed in the room with no inconveniences, and the view was nice. The facilities were, needless to say, very clean and great. Free minibar, sauna, and pool access were available which was nice. The room temperature was appropriate and the bedding was comfortable, so I had a good stay for the day.
The accommodation was clean and quiet which was nice. The complimentary minibar was nice to use, and I used the pool, gym, and sauna well. As a bonus I also viewed an art exhibition. Room service was good too. Highly recommend.
Much better than a 5-star hotel in Gyeongju. Although it is 4-star, it is better than many 5-stars. The paintings in front of the elevator on each floor were nice. The room was pleasant. The duvet and pillows were good. The mattress was also good, so even sleeping together was comfortable. Even if you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the other person would not notice. Breakfast was tasty. The pool was clean. The gym was good. The sauna was good. The sauna hot bath, cold bath, and massage were good too. The downside: I understand the pool+sauna are counted as one use, but I think the gym should be given a separate single use. If you want to do all three, you have to do them all at once which is hard. We are not in a military training course, haha. Aside from that, 100000000 points.
A great place to stay with family.. friendly service
It was comfortable and nice. I had a good rest.
The facilities were clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the room condition was good. The room did not have a great view, but it was fine for relaxing with our baby. There was a microwave in the hallway for warming baby food, they installed a bed guard for the baby, rented a baby bathtub, and brought an air purifier, so we stayed very well. However, the room can be a bit dry for a baby, so when renting baby items it might be a good idea to request a humidifier.
A long-awaited family trip. The 3-day, 2-night stay in Geoje and Tongyeong was a happy and enjoyable time. Samsung Hotel completed those happy moments. The accommodation condition was great, the staff were friendly, the ancillary facilities (sauna, etc.), and the breakfast were all good. Thank you. ^^~
This is a 4-star hotel but it feels like a 5-star. Great value, very satisfied. We had a pleasant 2-night stay. The hotel gave cable car tickets as an event, so we enjoyed the ride.
