34-pyeong junior suite... it was the worst. It looks nothing like the photos. It is awkward even for 5 people to sleep in, and 7 people is out of the question. It's less than 15 pyeong. Do not expect it to be like other Kensington properties. When I said it was different from the photos, they only apologized and took no other action. We visited as a group of 7; two of us had to book other accommodations and sleep elsewhere.
The air conditioner was full of dust, the bathroom tiles were broken, and the exhaust fan was completely covered in dust.
You have to accept that it is an older property, but the staff are friendly and the breakfast is good. There may not be many kinds of food, but overall there were plenty of things worth eating, so I do not regret having breakfast. It was also nice to make a simple late-night snack in the room. Excellent value for money.
I was a bit disappointed by the room condition showing signs of aging that cleaning could not remove, but I was satisfied with the breakfast and slept well, lol. Definitely try the breakfast.
The facilities are neat and the staff are friendly, and I liked that there was a cart for luggage. The beer, pasta, and pizza at the restaurant across the street are tasty.
I was shocked by the exterior, lol... Going into the lobby eased my mind, haha. The exterior could use a fresh coat of paint... It is old, but the room condition was fine. Clean. We really enjoyed the 4-person barbecue set. Next time I want to bring my parents ^^ They have feeding for rabbits and guinea pigs.
The surrounding scenery is beautiful; I recommend it to people who love nature.
The facilities are old, but they were nicely cleaned, so I liked it.
Um... I arrived a little after 4 PM on a holiday, and they told me there was no available room...
Although the building is older, it was cleaner than I expected and I had a comfortable stay~ However, I recommend parking only on the ground level or B1. (B2 is not recommended...)
1. Minors under the age of 19 may stay only if accompanied by a guardian who is their legal representative under the Civil Code (parent or legal guardian) or if they have the guardian’s consent.
2. Providing false information or forging this Accommodation Consent Form for a minor may result in civil and criminal liability in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
3. Even if this consent form is submitted, sharing a room with a member of the opposite sex (regardless of whether the person is a minor or an adult) is not permitted. Please be aware that if you are caught sharing a room with a member of the opposite sex, you will be immediately asked to check out.
4. Minors are not permitted to consume alcohol. Please note that failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate dismissal from the facility.
5. Accommodation is not permitted for minors other than those listed in the accommodation details and consent form.
6. In addition to this consent form, the following documents must be submitted for a minor’s accommodation:
(1) One original copy of the Minor Accommodation Consent Form
(2) One copy of each guardian’s ID (for all guardians) ※ Please black out the last digits of the resident registration number before copying.
(3) One copy of a family relationship certificate or other supporting documents verifying the relationship between the guardian and the minor
