About this property

Newly opened in Songjeong, one of Busan’s hottest spots, (Solstay Pool Villa & Ryokan) features ocean views from every room, with each room equipped with a private pool and ryokan facilities. It is Busan’s first pool villa & ryokan where guests can enjoy both a unique swimming pool and hot springs at the same time. It combines the convenience of a self-catering vacation rental with luxurious interior design, allowing guests to experience the feeling of a hotel getaway. The hinoki bath in the ryokan rooms is crafted from 120-year-old hinoki wood sourced directly from Kiso, Japan, and contains over 10 times more phytoncides than standard hinoki. The tatami mats are also authentic Japanese products, not Chinese imports. Come experience Solstay’s one-of-a-kind hinoki bath for yourself.~ The private pool is heated during the winter season (free of charge) and is available year-round. (Free tube rentals and free tube inflation available.) In front of the accommodation are Songjeong Beach and the railroad tracks, and with many great restaurants and cafes in the area, there’s plenty to see, eat, and do. Solstay will be there with you as you create lasting memories with your loved ones.

Reservation Notice: Smoking is prohibited inside the building (all rooms are non-smoking: smoking will trigger the fire alarm, which will activate the sprinkler system). Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please adhere to these times to allow for room inspections. A fee of 30,000 won per hour will be charged for late check-out (maximum 2 hours). Children 36 months and under stay free of charge; dogs are not permitted. (This property is not liable for any safety incidents involving children.) One parking space is available per room. If you are arriving by car, please be sure to leave your contact information. (If you have two or more vehicles, please use the nearby public parking lot.) The manager is on duty until 10:00 PM. Guests arriving after 10:00 PM must contact us in advance. The rooftop is open until 9:00 PM in the summer and 7:00 PM in the winter. (Operating hours are subject to change, and access may be restricted during strong winds or rain.) Upon booking, a reservation confirmation and usage guidelines will be sent via text message. A fee of 30,000 won per person will be charged for exceeding the reserved occupancy. (A fee of 50,000 won per person will be charged for anyone entering without prior notification.) Mixed-gender accommodations for minors are prohibited. Additionally, minors are strictly prohibited from entering the premises, even if they are of the same gender, and no refunds will be issued for this reason. Swimsuits and rash guards must be worn when using the pool, and children must follow safety guidelines under parental supervision. Under no circumstances should you remove the drain plug from the pool floor. We assume no responsibility for valuables or lost items while you are in your room. Guests will be held fully responsible for any costs associated with damage to or destruction of facilities. After using the hinoki bathtub in the ryokan, you must drain the water; the use of any bath products other than natural bath salts is strictly prohibited. Discounts are available for reservations made and paid for by phone.
