Please check the occupancy standards for each room. Rates may vary during peak seasons, specific dates, and public holidays (including the day before).

ID will be checked upon check-in, and minors are restricted from entry (please bring your ID).

Twin rooms are limited, so self-cancellation after booking is not possible.

Children are only allowed to stay when accompanied by family.

When showering, the water pressure is strong, so please be careful that water may splash outside the door if the showerhead is aimed towards the door.

Deluxe A, Deluxe B, and Premium rooms are assigned first to guests who arrive earlier according to their room type, and then randomly assigned thereafter.

If you have a preferred room, please inquire with the hotel in advance.

An extension fee will be charged if the usage time exceeds 15 minutes.

For extensions of 2 hours or more, you must pay the Day Use fee.

Netflix can be logged in with a personal account.

Due to winter, the air conditioners are turned off.

If you damage facilities, you will be liable for compensation, and there will be a fine for smoking.

Customers using multi-night rooms will not incur additional charges.

However, customers who book one night at a time may incur additional charges, so please use multi-night rooms.

Check-in closes at 2 AM.

If you do not check in without prior inquiry, admission will be restricted, and the reservation will be processed as a No-Show.
