Check-in/check-out can be done at the 1F front desk and kiosk. You can receive information about package deals and facility usage.
There is an outdoor parking lot connected to the 1F front entrance, and a separate parking lot connected to the building down to B2. Check-in and check-out are possible directly from the parking lot via kiosk payment.
Room keys can be obtained from kiosks on the 1st floor, B1, and B2 parking lots, allowing for contactless check-in and check-out.

Pets are permitted when booking designated 'Pet-Friendly' package rooms.
If a package that does not include pet companionship is booked, pet accompaniment may be restricted.
The 'Pet-Friendly' package includes pet companionship and other pet supplies.
(Pets are allowed in carriers in the 10th-floor pool area and 2nd-floor restaurant.)

The bathroom didn't drain, so water pooled when I showered and it felt unpleasant.
Had a good stay. The facilities are nice. It's a bit on the outskirts, but traffic wasn't bad and it's convenient being near the IC.
