HYOI STAY Centum Hotel

This was an accommodation where I stayed very satisfactorily during my trip to Busan. First of all, the place was overall very clean and well organized, so I felt good as soon as I entered. The bedding and bathroom were tidy, and I could rest comfortably throughout the trip. What I was most grateful for was the owner. After I checked out, I realized I had left my wallet behind and they contacted me right away, responded kindly, and even sent it safely by courier. I was very flustered about losing something important while traveling, but thanks to them I was much less worried. The cleanliness was excellent, but it is the owner's warm consideration for guests that will stay with me longer. Thanks to them, my Busan trip became an even better memory. I would like to stay here again when I visit Busan, and I can confidently recommend this place to people around me. Thank you very much. 😊

The accommodation condition is excellent and the location is really good haha. I am 200% willing to revisit!

Nice, but it is a shared space inside Centum Hotel so you cannot use the hotel's services.

There was no front desk, which was a bit inconvenient, but the space is spacious, clean, and pleasant. haha

The system is poor and the facilities are very outdated, but the price is so low that it offers good value for money.

I had a good rest. The bed was firm yet plush, so I liked it. Guests should note there are no toiletries like toothbrushes, so buy affordable ones at Daiso and bring them with you. Cleanliness is fine otherwise, but for extended stays cleaning is provided once every four days, so if you are sensitive or plan to order food, please be aware. I tried the coin laundry on the 11th floor — be sure to bring cash. I thought some machines might take cards, but they do not. lol

It was great. I lost some clothes and they shipped them cash on delivery. I rested well and will use it again next time. Thank you.
