Ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong

We booked a triple bed for three people, but they should have given three identical beds; one was a small bed pushed together, and when we asked at the front desk they said that is how it normally is (other hotels do not do this). There was no space next to the bed to put a phone, and no space to open a suitcase; the room was extremely cramped. I would not use it again as a family hotel, and I do not recommend it except for people who only plan to sleep and leave without looking at anything else, because it is too inconvenient.

It was very good. However, the hot bath water did not circulate, and in the triple bedroom one of the beds was smaller than the others, which was disappointing.

Three friends stayed for one night and two days; it was very clean and friendly. We decided to go again. There is a small bath on B1, which was good to use after walking around Seoul in the evening. Since it is in Insadong, it is very convenient to get around nearby~~^^

The location is good, and the room on the 10th floor had convenient facilities in many ways. All the hotel staff were friendly and professional. I would visit again.

Parking is terrible. Also, the condition is not great for the price range.

It was a bit hot because the heating is centrally controlled, so the air conditioner is turned off at night. Other than that, I was satisfied haha. Jongno Street is right in front.

The location is great and the room condition is good. If I have the chance, I would like to visit again. I had a good rest.
