Compensation may be requested for excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc. The use of tape for events, and fire-hazardous materials such as gunpowder and fireworks, is not permitted. Compensation liability may be charged for damage or fire after use.

Rooms cannot be used for purposes other than accommodation, and commercial video filming is not allowed.

In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, all cash and other valuables, as well as valuables in vehicles, are to be stored at the front desk. The partner property is not responsible for cash or other valuables not stored at the front desk.

When going out after check-in, please leave your card key at the front desk if possible. A fee may be charged if the card key is lost.

If excessive noise occurs due to drinking or loud behavior, guests may be asked to vacate immediately, and refunds will not be processed.

Criminal charges may apply for damage or theft of items in the room.
