The twin room was pleasant but the noise was severe. There are too many motorcycles in Gangnam

This was my first stay; cleanliness was so-so, and the service and friendliness were okay. There are quite a lot of foreign guests

I booked it for a COEX business trip; it was clean and overall satisfying

The room was clean and there were slippers, so I rested well at the hotel.

- [ ] There was an electric kettle, so I could prepare simple snacks and enjoy coffee or tea, which was nice! The pillow and duvet were fluffy and comfortable for sleeping! Individual air conditioning control in the room was convenient! The small table made it easy to eat a quick meal! The indoor slippers were not disposable, so they felt somewhat unclean and need improvement. Bathroom amenities come in large pump bottles for multiple uses rather than single-use items. There is shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash. The breakfast and lunch buffet were tasty and offered very good value!

It was quiet and very pleasant.

A suitable place to stay for business trips to COEX.

I have used many hotels and resorts at home and abroad. After living in China for three years, I visited Ibis Gangnam again after a long time. For someone impatient like me, finding the parking lot was difficult. I drove straight from Posco Intersection, and as soon as I turned right I ended up on the sidewalk, so I could not have expected to then go left and drive down. It seems the design was forced. Others might see it clearly, but... you will not. Not knowing this, I went around twice... In the end, after calling the front desk, I barely found it. The room condition is excellent value for a business hotel, except for the carpet on the floor which looks old. It is unbelievably clean.. The front desk was also kind over the phone. To foreigners, please listen. This place is clean and the staff are very kind. They will give you the best service and hospitality, so please feel comfortable visiting.
