I had business near City Hall so I booked this hotel. The front desk staff greeted me kindly and gave me breakfast and cafe vouchers, which I appreciated. I was lucky enough to receive a room upgrade; the room was spacious and the bathtub and shower were separate, which I liked. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I wanted to ask what brand it was but held back. Next time I plan to visit with my partner. I highly recommend this place if you need accommodation near City Hall!

To get straight to the point, this is an overall satisfying hotel. There is a cafe on the first floor and a restaurant on basement level 1. The building has a distinctive O-shaped layout with an open center, which I liked. The hotel reception desk is on the third floor, and unlike ordinary hotel front desks that simply check guests in and hand out key cards, it really felt like a proper reception. The staff were also friendly. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. The bedding was neat and there was nothing unnecessary or ostentatious. The room was spacious, so it did not feel cramped. Although it is near the city hall area, it was fairly quiet and I could rest comfortably. They gave me a breakfast coupon, so I expected a simple breakfast like the toast and cereal typical of ordinary lodgings. But when I went to the restaurant they served a real breakfast with rice and soup. I was able to eat well in the morning. It was a breakfast I would want to have again. Overall, I think this is a well-maintained hotel. That is likely thanks to the efforts of the staff who work there. No matter how new a building is, places that are not carefully managed by staff quickly become messy, but that is not the case here. Finally, I travel frequently for business and often stay in hotels. I usually prefer to try a variety of hotels rather than stay at the same one repeatedly, so I always used different hotels. However... I feel like I would be happy to stay here again.

There is nothing to really criticize; everything was good, but the sink... it feels like it was poorly designed. Other than that, everything was so nice that there is no need to hesitate to book.

The location was very good. The price felt a bit high compared to the condition of the interior like the bed and lighting, but the staff service and location make up for it. The cleanliness and hygiene were not bad.

The front desk staff member was a foreigner, but they spoke Korean well and were extremely kind, so I am 100% likely to return! They gave me a breakfast coupon, but I couldn't use it because of my schedule, which was disappointing. I'll try the breakfast next time.

It was clean, they gave free breakfast and coffee coupons, and even upgraded my room, so I had a comfortable trip to Seoul 😊
