I went with a friend; it was clean and the price was reasonable, so I liked it.
I rarely leave reviews, but I was satisfied here so I'm writing one, haha. I booked urgently the day before, and it was the best value among the places I've stayed in Gangneung!! The room was large, the air conditioner worked very well, and there was no noise so I slept peacefully. Also, there is a GS on the first floor which was very convenient, and the owner was really, really kind. The parking lot is spacious, and although many non-smoking rooms still smell, there was no cigarette smell here. Highly recommend.

I came with friends after a long time to make memories. haha They said the barbecue still isn't available, so it was a real shame we couldn't have a barbecue... :( It was nice that there were two beds and two bathrooms. hehe Also, as a note, it was really disappointing that there was no beanbag. I thought there would be a beanbag so I could watch TV there~ but...
Every time I come, I always have a comfortable stay.
I visited for a business trip; the room is large and nice. Good value for money, and Netflix works well.
Everything else was fine, but the air conditioner hadn't been cleaned so it was very dirty and smelled bad, so even though it was hot I couldn't keep it on. :(
Pros - There is a convenience store attached to the property, it is close to the sea, and the value for money is good. Cons - It seems they never clean the air conditioner filter; when you turn it on you can see mold and the smell is strong. The window sill is full of dust and areas that are hard to reach are piled with dust. There was a water dispenser in the lobby, so I went to get some water but there were no cups. I politely asked the front desk and they brusquely asked, "Didn't you have water in your room?" which left me confused. If they were going to give a paper cup anyway, they could have just handed one.
