Pet Accompaniment Information

Weight: Small dogs under 6kg (large dogs and dangerous breeds are not allowed).

Accompaniment standard: 1 pet (15,000 KRW paid on-site).

-Pet pads and dog bowls are provided.

-Please carry pets in a cage or sling bag when moving inside the building (hallways, elevators, etc.).

-Accompanied pets must never be left alone inside or outside the room. The pension is not responsible for accidents due to owner negligence, lost pets, or accidents.

-If a pet exhibits excessive barking or aggression towards other pets or people, guests may be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

-In case of damage or accidents involving other guests and pets, resolution between the parties involved is the principle.

-You must bring your own pet supplies.

-If a pet defecates inside or outside the pension, the owner must clean it up directly.

-Admission is only possible for pets that do not have infectious diseases and have been vaccinated against rabies and heartworm within the last 2 years. Problems arising from non-vaccination are solely the responsibility of the owner.

Smoking Information: All rooms are non-smoking rooms. An additional fee may be charged if smoking causes an obstruction to room sales.

Booking Notice

Reservation Notice: The room rate is based on 2 people. For special rooms such as party rooms, it is necessary to confirm the number of guests directly. An additional fee applies for each extra person (inquire with the accommodation). An additional fee may be automatically charged for exceeding the check-out time. Please check with the affiliate directly regarding the admission of minors before making a reservation. Cancellations/refunds are not possible for denied admission due to reservations for minors staying together. Guests may be asked to show ID for mixed-gender stays. Admission may be denied if ID is not presented, and no refund will be given for cancellations. Room information may change frequently due to affiliate circumstances. We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by this. Please refrain from excessive noise during nighttime hours, as guests may be asked to vacate immediately. Guests may face criminal charges for damage to or theft of items in the room.
