Hampyeong Stonedelia

The place is clean and the view is nice.

The building was left in a damaged state at check-in (entrance door, stone steps here and there - no danger signs, outdoor pool entrance - of course unusable, convenience store area), which made it feel eerie as if some accident had happened. There was no one stationed at reception; two foreign men seemed to be doing cleaning and were polite, but you had to use English to ask about anything. After checking in, the reception phone in the room showed an unusable number, and the Korean person I somehow reached either did not reply to texts or was unfriendly. (When I requested towels or said there was no hot water, I only received a text much later saying they would send someone.) The room itself did not have trash lying around, but the artificial marble floor looked like it had not been mopped for a long time, and the highlight was the trash separation bin when we went to throw away food waste after checkout. As soon as I opened the lid, insects flew out and there was an indescribable stench.... It was clear the bin had not been emptied or cleaned for a long time. My parents in their 90s and my daughter in her 60s traveled to Hampyeong and stayed two nights, and when asked, they were told they were not aware of any reservation made through NOL. I wondered why this place was recommended on Google, and I think you would need courage to stay here.

This is the hotel I always stay at when I come to Hampyeong~ If I always come, that must mean it's good, right?

It was spacious and clean, and since the mudflats are right outside, the kids loved it.

I went with my grandmother and she liked it.

I had a comfortable rest. This was my third visit; the view is great, it was healing, and I loved it.

The view was amazing, and the facilities were very pleasant and nice. I think it's the best place in Hampyeong County.

The accommodation is clean and nice. Toiletries such as toothpaste are not provided due to single-use item regulations. The fee to fill the spa with water is also expensive.
