1. Parking Available (underground parking lot, no elevator, height: 2m 50cm)
2. An additional fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged per hour after checkout time.
3. Based on 2 people per room, an additional fee will be charged for extra guests (10,000 KRW per person).

4. OTT services such as Netflix, TVING, Disney+ are available.
5. If the parking lot is full, please use the external public parking lot (no charge).
6. Refunds are not available due to parking issues, so please confirm parking availability before booking.
7. Use is restricted and non-refundable if you do not bring ID.
8. If cohabitation is discovered, guests will be asked to vacate immediately, and no refund will be given.
9. Claims for damages may be made in case of damage to hotel property or theft.
10. If online booking is difficult or unavailable, please inquire by phone.
11. An additional fee will be charged for extra bedding sets (10,000 KRW per set).
12. For multi-night stays on weekends or holidays, a separate Day Use fee will be charged.
13. Please be considerate of other guests at late hours.
14. A warning will be issued for the first complaint, and guests will be asked to vacate immediately for the second complaint.

17. All rooms are equipped with integrated hair dryers and curling irons.
18. The hotel is not responsible for accidents that occur while parking.
19. Claims for damages may be made if the room key is lost.
20. Room change requests made 15 minutes after check-in cannot be accommodated.
21. If you sexually harass, threaten, or act rudely towards staff, entry may be refused.
