3,000 KRW for the first 30 minutes, then 1,000 KRW for every 10 minutes thereafter.

Daily parking (24 hours): 30,000 KRW (15,000 KRW for residents with pre-registered parking)

Parking space is very limited, so public transportation is recommended.

For resident discounted parking, vehicles must be pre-registered and fees paid at least 3 days prior to move-in, between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM on weekdays via the website or with Weave Living staff. (Discount not applicable for same-day or weekend registrations)

Parking discounts are generally not available for non-resident guests.

Weave Suites - Sunyu Parkside is a non-smoking building.

Violation of the smoking policy will result in a fine of 1,000,000 KRW without exception, according to internal regulations.

Pets are not allowed in any rooms.

Cooking facilities are available in all rooms. (Microwave, 2-burner induction hob, dishes, and cooking utensils provided)

Cooking facilities are also available in the Shared Space - Shared Kitchen on B1. (Oven, microwave, 4-burner induction hob, dishes, and cooking utensils provided)

The Weave Living Community Team works weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Outside of business hours, please understand that immediate responses to inquiries, except for urgent situations like safety and security, may be difficult.

The Security Team is on-site 24 hours on weekends and from 7:00 PM – 9:00 AM on weekdays. Break times are lunch (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM) and sleep (12:00 AM – 6:00 AM).
