The service level is serious.
I used to be a regular who went here every week, and I was someone who never once filed a complaint even when I experienced inconveniences. If they treat regulars like this, first-time guests have many better options.
I am leaving this as a warning for all guests. There is a night staff member who wears glasses, has curly hair, and is large-built. It is even mentioned in Naver reviews and they are the ultimate in rudeness. If that person is at the counter, even if the computers do not work well or the place is not clean, just let it go. They shout, argue with guests, and pick fights. They say the problem is not the computer but the games, and I do not understand why PUBG would be a problem... They raise their voice and tell me to explain even a single thing, but why should I explain if the computer is lagging? I do not know the reason, but is it not written in front of the store? They say they think customers will give them wilgeup, but I am too scared to sleep here. They come in while you are sleeping and talk as if they will harass you, picking fights and arguing. This is a serious level of service problem. If you do not believe me, face that night staff member. It is serious. The price is not particularly cheap, and if they are also rude, there are many other choices—why would anyone choose this place?
I had some free time while on a business trip so I stopped by to rest for a bit. It was comfortable and pleasant.

I stayed here for a business trip. The hotel is clean and nice.
The soundproofing was really poor, so the noise from the next room was very loud :( Even so, it was extremely clean and well maintained, a flawless accommodation. I wish the price were a little lower.
It was very clean and I had a great stay. No smell concerns at all.
The owner is really dedicated to cleanliness, so I liked it a lot.
