The parking is a bit of a drawback. The room is small. Everything else is good.

Important Notice: Haesu Land admission tickets are provided as a complimentary service to guests staying at the hotel. Refunds, free cancellations, or reservation changes based on the pre-announced usage restrictions or closure dates are not permitted.

Vehicles that cannot be parked in the automated parking system (Starex, Carnival, van-type vehicles, electric vehicles, and certain SUVs) are not permitted to use the automated parking system and must use surface parking only.
- Surface parking: 15,000 won per night (Please note that due to limited space, you may have to wait or may not be able to park.)
- Due to the recent increase in electric vehicle fires, electric vehicles are also prohibited from entering the automated parking tower.
Effective January 1, 2026, the “additional fee for children” will increase.
- Adults: 30,000 KRW (ages 12 and older) / Infants and Children: 20,000 KRW (ages 12 and younger)
- Price includes spa access
- Applies to weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons
According to the Civil Code of the Republic of Korea, guests must be at least 19 years of age (based on the date of birth) to stay at this property. When minors stay at the property, a parental consent form and related documents will be verified, and minors of the opposite sex are not permitted to share a room.
1) Parking for large vehicles (vehicles that cannot be accommodated in the automated parking system) requires “advance reservation” and incurs an additional fee.
- Starex, Carnival, van-type vehicles, electric vehicles, and certain SUVs cannot be accommodated in the automated parking system.
2) The Business Double (7:00 PM Late Bird) room rate does not include parking, extended stays, or sauna access.
3) Last check-in time is 12:00 a.m. (Check-in is not permitted after this time.)
4) The sauna cannot be used before check-in.
5) All guest rooms in the hotel are non-smoking.
6) Effective January 1, 2026, the “additional fee for children” will increase.

Due to limited space, vehicles that cannot be parked in the parking tower (electric vehicles, certain SUVs, large vehicles such as the Carnival and Starex, and vehicles for people with disabilities) must use surface parking.
However, this incurs an additional charge of 15,000 KRW per night, and due to limited space, parking may not be available at all, or you may have to wait for a spot.
For additional guests beyond the standard occupancy:

Extra beds and cribs cannot be provided.
Infants are included in the occupancy count. Please pay any additional fees for guests exceeding the maximum occupancy limit at the front desk.
□ All guest rooms in the hotel are non-smoking. Please note that a fee of 200,000 won will be charged for special room cleaning if you smoke in your room.
□ Changing your room type on the day of check-in will incur an additional fee, and changes may not be possible depending on room availability.
□ Please request a room with a bathtub at the time of booking. (Rooms with bathtubs are assigned randomly.)
□ The Business Double (7:00 PM Late Bird) room is a single-occupancy rate and is limited to one guest.
□ Except for the Business Double (7:00 PM Late Bird) and Deluxe Twin rooms, all other room rates are based on double occupancy.
□ Additional fees, such as for an extra guest or a late checkout, can be paid at check-in.
□ Minors are subject to restrictions. Check-in is permitted upon presentation of the hotel’s accommodation consent form and proof of family relationship.
All rooms are non-smoking; a cleaning fee of 200,000 won will be charged for smoking (including e-cigarettes).
Usage may be restricted due to HaeSulLand's circumstances (e.g., HaeSulLand construction, closing days).
Dates when spa tickets cannot be used: Fourth Thursday of every month, Lunar New Year/Chuseok day, emergency construction, summer vacation.
Spa tickets are complimentary and thus non-refundable even if unused due to restrictions.
Tickets are provided according to the actual number of guests (based on standard occupancy).
An additional 1,000 KRW fee applies for jjimjil-bok (sauna clothes) and athletic wear.
Personal athletic shoes are required (for the gym).
