Hound Hotel is really clean, maybe because it's newly built, and the design is flawless — a great place to stay!! If you're deciding between Brown Dot and Hound, definitely choose Hound...!!

Spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was satisfied with both the breakfast and the service.

This is the place I always stay for business trips. The manager is friendly and makes every effort to care for guests, which feels welcoming. The beds are clean, and even though breakfast is free, they pay a lot of attention to it so you can eat well and feel satisfied. Parking is convenient~~ It's a place that combines work and rest. Highly recommended~~ Kudos to the manager. See you again.

When I come to Daegu on business, I only book Hound.

I am a regular customer who has visited so often that I come every month since you opened. When I asked for extra bottled water in the past, it was always provided without much explanation. But on this visit a staff member I had not seen before gave me two more bottles and said, “We only give up to four, so if you need more, buy them,” which surprised me. Because I visit every month and have never heard this before, I am curious what the actual policy is. It was not clear whether the “four” mentioned includes the two complimentary bottles already in the room, or whether it referred only to additional bottles. I do not want to make an issue of the water policy itself. My concern is more about the tone and wording used during the explanation, which felt somewhat unfriendly, and felt especially disappointing given that it is summer. There was also a mistake during check-in by the same staff member. Rather than apologizing, they only said “Ah…” and another staff member standing nearby stepped in to take care of it. The expressionless attitude continued during that process, so the overall service experience was not good. I am leaving this review because I have usually been satisfied when I visit, and I hope customer interactions can be more polite and handled with greater responsibility.

It's really great. Clean and the breakfast is also very good. I want to visit another branch next time!
