Other aspects like the price and room size were great! However, I'm not sure if it was just that day or always, but there was a very strong cigarette smell throughout the entire building.. Also, the smell from other rooms seemed to come through the exhaust, and the bathroom smelled occasionally.. Aside from the smell, it was okay to stay.
