At The Motel, you can use one of three parking lots depending on your stay type.
In particular,
day-use guests should use the parking lot next to our building,
and please be sure to leave your car keys at the front desk upon check-in.
1. Parking Lot Next to the Motel – Please leave your keys at the front desk. To ensure a smooth departure in order of check-out time,
a driver with 30 years of accident-free parking experience will provide valet service.
2. Nice Park Parking Lot in Majon-dong
Address: 984-1 Majon-dong, in front of Happy Church.
Free from 5:00 PM until 10:00 AM the following day; for any additional time, simply
pay the extra fee with your card when exiting.
3. Triple Tower Parking Lot
Address: 661-2 Wanggil-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon
Exclusively for long-term guests.
Please be sure to contact the motel before entering the parking lot.
All parking lot users must register their vehicles at the front desk to use the facility for free.
Since motels are subject to restrictions on minors staying overnight,
you cannot add additional guests without consulting the motel management, and guest substitutions are strictly prohibited.
Please be advised that violations may result in immediate checkout without a refund.
We kindly ask that you strictly adhere to these rules.

Deluxe Rooms - 301, 303, 501 (Small bathtub included)
Deluxe Room with 2 Gaming PCs - 307 (Small bathtub included)

Ondol Room 1 - This is a small room with a futon instead of a bed. Please note that the actual rooms may differ from the photos.
Ondol 2 – Large room with no bed.
Since all rooms have slightly different designs, we were unable to post photos of every single room.
Please understand that the room you reserve may differ from the photos.
Hourly Room Rental Hours
Available from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
However, check-out may be extended until 10:00 PM upon consultation with the motel.
Additional Fee Policy
For both overnight stays and hourly rentals, a fee of 5,000 won per hour will be charged for check-out after the specified hours,
and after 2 hours, the standard hourly rental rate will apply.
Please be sure to confirm the operating hours when making a reservation.
NO SHOW: Please be aware that if you do not check in by 2:00 a.m. the day after your reservation,
no refund will be issued and you will not be able to check in.
If you must check in after 2:00 a.m., you must call us in advance to
ensure you can check in.
Yam Motel operates at reasonable prices,
so we minimize labor costs and staff only the essential personnel.
We ask that you view this as part of our efforts to provide reasonable accommodation rates to our guests,
and we appreciate your full cooperation.

3 days prior: 100% refund
2 days prior: 80% refund
1 day prior: 50% refund
Same day: No refund

At Geomdan The Motel, we verify the ID of all guests.
Please be advised that our establishment is not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from
failure to present a valid ID.
When staying with a member of the opposite sex, please be sure to bring a physical form of identification (only Resident Registration Cards, passports, driver’s licenses, or disability certificates are accepted).
Photos or images saved on a cell phone are not accepted as valid identification.
Overnight stays between members of the opposite sex by minors or guests without valid identification are illegal and will not be permitted.
Please be advised that in such cases, we reserve the right to refuse check-in at our discretion, and no refunds will be issued.
Minors and guests without valid identification are strongly advised to exercise caution when making reservations.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap are provided in the bathroom, and
cosmetics and hair care products are portioned out for use.
Please note that this is independent of any expiration dates listed on the containers.
If you have sensitive skin or allergies, please bring your own personal care items.
However, we do not provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, or razors; please bring your own or
purchase them at the front desk for 1,000 won each.
At The Motel, we strive to offer great value and operate with a minimal staff.
For this reason, we are able to accommodate special requests from guests only during our staff’s working hours, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Please note that after 11:00 PM, only front desk services are available.
If you require additional bedding or have any other special requests, please contact the front desk before 11:00 PM so we can accommodate you.

The computers at The Motel are diskless.
If you experience any issues with games while using the computer, please contact the Care Center at 1588-3381.
Simply mention your room number at The Motel (formerly Yam Motel) when speaking with a representative.
Please note that computers are considered a service item and are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
All rooms are strictly non-smoking.
Violation of this policy may result in a charge for one night's room rate, as the room will be deemed unsellable.
For smokers, a designated smoking area is provided for your use.

I stayed one night here on a business trip. Because of some negative reviews I was uneasy, so I planned to drop off my luggage briefly, run my errand, and head home late. But unlike some other reviews, the room wasn't bad. The air conditioning was cool, the price was cheaper than nearby places, and the location was definitely good. So I changed my plan to stay overnight, and after staying one night, it's not such a bad motel. It looked a bit dated, but it was in the bustling center of Geomdan intersection, so it was convenient to use all the amenities, and the person at the counter was friendly. I left my luggage there and went to pick it up in the evening, and they greeted me with a smile. The air conditioning was cool and there was no cigarette smell in the room. It may not be as nice as an expensive hotel, but for the price it's cheaper than surrounding places and fine for a night or two. I occasionally come to Gimpo Geomdan on business, and I even got the owner's phone number so I can stay here again. I rested well, see you next time. I was the person who left a suitcase.
Shocking... The entrance looks like it could be for an escape room cafe. Damp and musty smell. There seems to be a dog at the counter so the barking is uncomfortable. When you turn on the air conditioner it rattles (the noise doesn't stop). Thick dust on the headboard. The bathroom hot water starts and stops repeatedly. Indoor lighting is very dim. If you are not going to clean the window frames, owner, don't leave them open. I travel a lot for business to provincial areas and use many accommodations. I never leave reviews even if they paid me because it's a hassle, but this is...?
This motel is completely different from the photos: old, dirty, and smells awful. It is the worst. I have never left a review before, but I am posting for the first time for future visitors. There is no elevator, so I carried heavy luggage up to the fifth floor. I wondered how such a motel could exist in Korea. Yanolja should not list this motel.
