If additional guests or visitors (limited to 10 people) are present without prior approval from the front desk at the time of check-in or when paying additional fees, you will be asked to check out without a refund, or a usage fee of 40,000 won per person (all ages) will be charged

Pets (30,000 won fee) must be approved in advance; unauthorized entry will result in immediate removal.

Hair dyeing is prohibited; a damage fee of 500,000 won will be charged.

After check-out, any damage, destruction, or contamination—including menstrual blood, food [chili oil, etc.] that is so severe the items cannot be used, compensation will be charged according to the following rates: 80,000 won for a comforter, 10,000 won for a pillowcase, 50,000 won for a comforter cover, 30,000 won for a mattress protector, 40,000 won for a cushion cover, 10,000 won per towel, and 30,000 won for a bed sheet.)If theft is discovered, compensation for damages will be charged. If excessive food or trash is found in the room, an additional cleaning fee (20,000 won) will be charged and passed on to the housekeeper; we appreciate your understanding regarding this matter. If you wish to check in before the scheduled check-in time (anytime from 30 minutes to 3 hours prior), an additional fee of 23,000 won will apply. If you request a 10% discount, please pay 20,000 won in cash,If you check out more than 15 minutes past the scheduled check-out time, a 3-hour extension fee of 25,000 won will apply; please note that if you request a discount, a cash fee of 20,000 won will be charged. We do not provide separate check-out notifications via intercom or text message prior to your scheduled check-out time.

◆ The room temperature is set to 22 degrees to maintain the government-recommended indoor temperature; however, if you feel cold due to your lifestyle habits or poor physical condition, please use an electric bed warmer in addition. We can provide additional heating devices, but their use is restricted due to safety concerns such as fire hazards; we will install them upon your signing a consent form. Please be sure to let us know in advance. ◆ Only the person who made the reservation is permitted to check in (ID verification required). Check-in is strictly prohibited if the reservation is transferred to another person.

◆ Smoking in the lobby, hallways, stairwells, or guest rooms (including bathrooms) will result in immediate eviction without a refund, and you will be liable for compensation for smoking-related damages (500,000 won per smoker). Dyeing hair is prohibited—500,000 won fine. ◆ You are required to pay the additional fee for consecutive nights; failure to do so will result in eviction without a refund.

◆ Cancellation and Refund Policy

Advance cancellations are accepted up to one day before the check-in date. Please note that same-day cancellations and refunds are not permitted. Once you insert the room key, it is considered that you have used the room, and cancellations or refunds are not possible (Sobo-won).

◆ If you are staying for a short-term rental or overnight and wish to extend your stay, additional payments cannot be made via the app; payment must be made at the front desk. If 15 minutes have passed since the contracted check-out time, a 3-hour extension is the standard (for Opening Special Standard and Deluxe rooms). A 25,000 won discount is available upon request; a 20,000 won cash fee applies. and for Premium rooms, a 35,000 won discount per 3-hour block; a 30,000 won cash fee will be charged upon request. ♥ We do not provide separate advance notifications of your contracted check-out time via intercom or text message. ♥ Zipper-bag shower towels are company property and must not be taken under any circumstances (penalty fee: 30,000 won each; exceptions apply for reported incidents).

◆ Pledge Regarding No Mixed-Gender Accommodations for Minors, No Smoking, etc.

To verify your age, you may be asked to present identification upon check-in (staff may take a photo of your ID or mobile ID depending on the situation). Please note that if you do not have a physical ID with you or refuse to show it to the front desk staff, check-in will be denied without cancellation or refund. We ask for your understanding. Please be sure to accurately complete and sign the Parental Consent Form for Minors. Additionally, if necessary, we may require general guests to sign a pledge form (regarding no smoking, safety precautions, etc.), and guests must agree to the terms of the pledge form unless there are special circumstances. If you refuse to sign the agreement, check-in will not be permitted and no refund will be issued. All rooms are non-smoking, including the hallways, front desk, stairs, and elevators; please use the designated smoking area in the first-floor parking lot. In particular, smoking inside guest rooms (including in the bathroom and near windows) will result in a damage claim of ♥500,000 won per smoker. Please note that any additional legal fees incurred in pursuing this claim will also be your responsibility. We strongly urge you to refrain from smoking in guest rooms and earnestly ask that you consider this a thoughtful gesture for the comfort of future guests.

Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking area on the 1st-floor parking lot. If you would like a smoking room, please inquire in advance (within 5 minutes of payment). If you would like to reserve a “Mirror Room” or a themed room, please contact the front desk in advance.

Charging is primarily for Samsung phones; please note that charging may not be available for certain iPhone models. (Cancellations or refunds are not possible due to the inability to charge iPhones.)

For hourly rental packages, if you check in early at your own discretion without an additional fee, an additional charge will apply 15 minutes after the contracted usage time has elapsed (base rate: 20,000 won for 3 hours). Please be aware of this to avoid any misunderstandings.

If you check in without prior approval from the front desk staff, the basic hourly rate (3 hours – 20,000 KRW) will be charged for hourly rentals (varies by room type: Event/Special Offer, Standard, or Deluxe), and the basic overnight stay rate of 60,000 KRW will be charged for overnight stays.

If you leave without authorization outside of your contracted hours (including consecutive night fees) without paying the additional charges, an additional 60,000 won will be charged to overnight guests and 40,000 won to day-use guests. For businesses such as entertainment venues or those where individuals resell reservations to third parties (customers), guest keys will not be issued. ♥ Extensions via the app are not permitted after payment at the front desk. For all products, extensions requested via the app must be paid for exclusively at the front desk.(Front desk payment is the only option except for initial multi-night reservations)

Since our prices are affordable and reasonable, we ask that you comply with the rules and maintain a high standard of conduct. You are obligated to pay for any additional services used, and we ask that you act responsibly regarding compensation for damages caused by smoking or other user negligence. Our property does not provide separate check-out instructions via phone or any other method. The additional fee is 30,000 won for all ages; the cash discount applies, while the credit card rate is 35,000 won. (An extra blanket costs 20,000 won separately.) Please understand that we may not be able to assign a smoking room if more than 5 minutes have passed since your reservation. ◆Please note that the front desk is closed from 2:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. (In case of emergency, call 010-8869-3417). ◆ All lost items will be automatically disposed of one day after the date of your stay.

Smoking in guest rooms, elevators, hallways, lobbies, or any area other than designated smoking zones will result in immediate eviction. Guests engaging in drunken disorderly conduct or verbal abuse towards staff will also be immediately evicted without refund or cancellation. We ask for your understanding.

This is a consideration for business travelers and budget backpackers, offering the lowest prices in the area. Additional charges for consecutive nights must be paid one day before check-out. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding additional charges for room use between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM (or 6:00 PM). Please do not take property assets such as zipper bags, shower towels, hair dryers, slippers, coffee pots, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Excessive behavior (e.g., verbal abuse, pointing fingers, threats, or any form of "gapjil" towards staff) will result in immediate eviction without cancellation or refund. A cash fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged for check-ins after 2:00 AM. On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, the fee is 15,000 KRW. For safety reasons, we will record your phone number upon check-in. Refusal will result in denied entry (no cancellation or refund). Do not separate the metal and plastic keys; doing so will result in immediate eviction for safety reasons (difficult to restore, 10,000 KRW cash fee).
