About this property

Located near Sehwa Beach on the east coast of Jeju, this is a resort-style, atmospheric bookstay and workation accommodation. We offer a unique experience of living and working amidst Jeju’s natural surroundings, along with a remote work environment. We operate “Sita Bookpa,” a bookstore with poetry, and plan and facilitate healing cultural programs that allow guests to experience local culture. We offer a tranquil bookstay, an open lounge for travelers, and workation home office rooms. We have 20 rooms in various styles available for one-month, half-month, and one-week stays. Booking Notice

Reservation Notice: 1. Individual Room Heating and Cooling: Press the Power + button to use both heating and hot water; press the Power + Away or Hot Water button to use only hot water. Please turn the power off when you go out or check out. 2. Guests staying in duplex rooms (family rooms) should take special care when using the heating equipment in the loft. Please be sure to turn it off when not in use. 3. Cleaning Supplies & Miscellaneous Consumables: The linen room on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the main building is available for use. The password is 1234 (asterisk). 4. Towel Return Bin & Fresh Towel Bin: Located in the café on the 1st floor. Please feel free to use them. 5. Please dispose of trash in the trash cans on the 1st floor and the food waste bin at the sink. The recycling bin is located outside the kitchen on the 1st floor. 6. 1st Floor Open Lounge Hours: 11:00 AM–10:00 PM. Bookstore Hours: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM. Sells books, coffee, 4 varieties of Bundaberg, 6 varieties of MacPie canned beer, and 6 varieties of wine. 7. For laundry, please use the 24-hour laundromat across from Hanaro Mart near the accommodation. 8. The outdoor terrace next to the 4th-floor hallway is open. Enjoy the Jeju scenery and sunset. 9. A bike rental shop and convenience store (open until 12:00 PM) are located on the Sehwa Port beach road. A convenience store (open until 3:00 AM) is located on the coastal road next to the Oil Market, next to Ilpum Sundubu. 10. Free breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM. 11. Check-out time: by 11:00 AM 12. Free “Orum” check-in service: This service is provided to facilitate travelers’ transportation.Even if you’re not visiting Oreum, we’ll take you to any nearby location of your choice. On your return, you may proceed with your own itinerary. (Departs from the 1st-floor front desk at 9:30 AM) 13. We always welcome any questions or requests for travel information.
