Multi-night stays are only possible when booking a multi-night product. If you book one night at a time, re-entry is possible after 5 PM following check-out. For detailed inquiries, please contact the hotel.
When using a pool villa, additional charges per person are 20,000 KRW for adults and children aged 8+, and 10,000 KRW for preschoolers (24 months to 7 years old).
Standard room rates are based on 2 people, and an additional 20,000 KRW will be charged for each extra person.
Shared accommodation or changing guests not included in the reservation is not permitted.
Refunds and cancellations may be processed differently according to regulations.
Exceeding the check-out time may result in automatic additional charges.
Additional fees apply for multi-night stays, so please confirm with the affiliated property before making a reservation.
Minors must confirm their eligibility for check-in directly with the affiliated property before making a reservation.
Cancellations/refunds are not possible for check-in denials due to reservations for unaccompanied minors.
ID verification may be requested for unaccompanied minors, and denial of check-in is possible if ID is not presented, with no refund for cancellation.
Room information may change frequently due to the circumstances of the affiliated property. We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by this.
The pool villa includes one free use of warm water (Cozy - 1 hour, Pool Villa - approx. 4 hours).
Damage to or theft of items in the room may result in criminal charges.

Bukbu-dong Public Parking Lot (paid) is a 5-minute walk away (parking fees not supported, no refunds due to parking issues).
Cooking is only available in BUTTON POOL VILLA rooms. If you wish to cook, please inquire in advance before check-in.
