They did not clean, the bed was dirty, and it was cold.

It was truly terrible. The room had not been cleaned, it reeked of cigarette smoke, and the trash bin still contained garbage. Worst of all, there was feces in the toilet bowl and the sink was clogged. I had to check out five minutes after checking in, and I had to accept losing my money because of this horrible experience.
