if any of the following circumstances arise: minors, mixed-gender group stays, or prostitution.

General Regulations

Rooms are based on a maximum occupancy of two people per room; additional guests are not permitted.

Minors are not permitted to stay, and we may request to verify identification.

Reservations may be canceled and use restricted if any circumstances arise that violate laws or the motel’s internal regulations (e.g., mixed-gender group stays, prostitution, etc.).

Cooking is not permitted in the rooms.

Air conditioning is unavailable from November through mid-April.

Rates are subject to change during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays (including the day before).

We will verify identification upon check-in; minors are not permitted to stay.

(Please be sure to bring a valid ID.)

Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and common areas of the motel.

Smoking inside the motel will result in immediate eviction, and the payment will not be refunded.

Please note that smoke detectors are installed in the guest rooms.

Smoking is permitted at the motel’s first-floor entrance or around the first-floor parking lot.
