Minors are restricted from using the hotel

No cancellation/refund is possible for denied entry due to a minor's reservation

All rooms are based on 2 people per room (including infants/children; no additional guests allowed)

Group reservations are not allowed (4 or more people) (e.g., if duplicating single rooms, a maximum of 4 people is allowed for 4 rooms)

If 3 or more foreigners are making a reservation, please inquire with the hotel.

No outside food delivery allowed (except for chicken, pizza, and tteokbokki). Please inquire at the front desk for details.

Family Suite Room reservations cannot be canceled from 3 days prior to check-in.

Balloons, double-sided tape, and candles are restricted in the rooms.
