You cannot help that the building is older. It might be good to bring disposable indoor slippers. I stayed two nights, and I only used the room briefly for work, showering, and sleeping, so I rested well. I needed to read, so I booked this place because it has brighter lighting than the yellowish lights of motel signs. There was a table next to the bed on the loft, which was very useful. The water pressure was good and hot water came out well, so I was able to shower refreshingly. The owner was kind and responded quickly to requests, which I appreciated. I stayed with a friend — because it has a loft, we each handled personal work there and used the twin beds to rest comfortably. Above all, the location is excellent. Right in front is Ilsan Beach, so we had brunch with a view of the sea, ate while looking at the water, and in the evening walked to the sashimi center to watch the sunset while eating sashimi — it was wonderful. After checkout we left our luggage, enjoyed Daewangam without worry, ate at nearby popular restaurants, and continued our plans — it was great.
Clean and nice. The parking lot is also spacious.

Very good for staying with my pet. The owner was kind and the value was good.
I will show the cleanliness with photos. As soon as we entered, there was a bathroom trash can that had not been emptied. The shower floor looked like it had not been cleaned for who knows how long. When I asked for towels, they told me to go to the counter. There were none at the counter, and when I called the phone number listed at the counter, they did not answer because they were sleeping and told me to take one from the cleaning cart, but there were none on the cart either. Every time we went out and came back, the boiler was set to 26 degrees, the floor felt like it was boiling, and it was so stiflingly hot that we kept turning the air conditioner on and off while sleeping, and the whole family came back with colds and body aches.
The room was clean and the owner was friendly, so I was able to rest well before leaving!

It seems the cleaning wasn't done well. There was a lot of dust on the floor. We went because dogs are allowed, but since it's a loft the stairs are too steep and high, so our dog was scared and had trouble getting around. There were no pet supplies provided, so you need to bring your own.
I stayed in room 716, and because it's a loft it was very cold. There was mold in the second-floor bathroom and water leakage on the floor. When I moved the refrigerator, the concrete wall behind it was exposed, and it felt like the room was unfinished, which was a bit off-putting. Parking was good and the owner was very kind, but it's a pity.
