Even for rooms that can accommodate 3 or more people, co-ed groups of 3 or more are not allowed.
For bookings of 2 nights or more, an extended stay fee will be charged if an extended stay is requested.

Cancellations and refunds due to the above reasons are not possible.
Additional guests are allowed within the maximum occupancy (co-ed groups are generally not allowed).
Additional guest: 10,000 KRW, additional bedding: 10,000 KRW (basic fee applies per night).
For preschool children (5 years and under), one child is free if using existing bedding (cannot exceed maximum occupancy). Otherwise, 10,000 KRW per person per night.
Standard check-out time is 12 PM. An additional fee of 10,000 KRW per hour applies for extended check-out.
Pets are generally restricted. (For special cases like guide dogs, please check with the front desk in advance.)
