Jeonju Sanjeong-dong Hotel Advance

Absolutely the worst. I went to use the PC cafe but the mouse wasn't connected; when I asked to have it replaced they said there were no spares and that was it. In the end I couldn't use it. Also, the Netflix connection didn't work the second time. Even when you call, no one comes. I've never seen anyone at the front desk. The charger in the room didn't work, so I went to borrow a charger at the desk, but there was no one there and calling didn't bring anyone; over the phone they just said all the chargers were gone and that was it!!! Yet there was a charger visibly plugged in at the desk... unbelievable. I used to go when it was Hotel Torang; I thought things would change with the new name, but the management seems the same. Nothing inside has changed, the bed hasn't changed... really awful. Also, the cleaning was poor so there's a lot of dust.

I had a comfortable stay. I'll come again.

The TV is big and the place is clean, so I like it.
