ID will be checked upon check-in, and minors are restricted from entry. Please bring your ID. No refunds for minors or those without ID.

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking will be handled without exception according to our company policy.

Depending on room conditions, the motel may provide an equivalent or higher-grade room at no extra charge, in which case the rates and booking conditions will not change.

When staying for multiple nights, additional multi-night fees will apply separately from your site reservation.

Guests who do not wish to pay the multi-night fee can check out by 12:00 PM and re-enter at 6:00 PM on weekdays / 9:00 PM on weekends.

(Bags and suitcases that are packed while you vacate the room before re-entry can be stored at the front desk.)

Multi-night fee - Weekdays: 10,000 KRW / Fri, Sat, Public Holidays, Long Weekends: 20,000 KRW per night (for 2 nights, only one payment is required)

Please note that even if you enter the number of guests during site reservation, payment will only be processed for 2 people. (Additional bedding is charged separately.)

For guests exceeding 2 people, payment will be processed at the property.

An additional fee applies for guests aged 6 and above.

One child under 6 is free of charge; two children under 6 will incur an additional guest fee for one child.

Additional guest fee: 15,000 KRW per night on weekdays / 20,000 KRW per night on Fri, Sat, Public Holidays, Long Weekends / per additional person

Use the underground parking lot in the building. Enter through the parking entrance next to the property's entrance and park.

Parking is not available before check-in time and is only permitted until check-out time.

During specific hours, the parking lot may be crowded, making parking difficult, and we cannot guarantee a parking space in advance.

Guests using a vehicle can only park if they specify a vehicle and reserve a 'Car Parking' product, not a 'Walk-In Special' product.

For 'Car Parking' products, parking for one vehicle is guaranteed.

Additional vehicle fee: 15,000 KRW per night on weekdays / 20,000 KRW per night on Fri, Sat, Public Holidays, Long Weekends / per additional vehicle

Vehicle height limit is 1.8M, and vehicles with low undercarriages (e.g., Porter, Starex) cannot park. (Inquire with the property)

Standard Double: 5,000 KRW per hour; other rooms: 10,000 KRW per hour.

Availability depends on room condition on the day and may be difficult if the room is not ready.

ID rental is not provided; you must use your personal account.

Please be sure to log out after using your personal ID.

We are not responsible for any issues arising from not logging out after use.

Lost items are kept for 30 days from the date of discovery, after which they are disposed of.

If you wish to receive an item by delivery, please complete the payment yourself, request collection, and contact us; we will hand it over to the driver.

If you wish to rent an item, you must leave your ID at the front desk.

Rentals are only available directly at the front desk; staff will not visit rooms, so please keep this in mind.
