Refunds and cancellations are not permitted if a reservation is made incorrectly due to the customer’s own error (e.g., reservation date, number of reservations, room type, etc.).

Changes to check-in times cannot be made on the day of arrival.

Except for packages specifically designated for consecutive nights, an additional fee applies when booking consecutive nights.

(Additional fees apply for consecutive-night stays in Standard, Deluxe, Premium Mirror, Premium Window, Suite Twin, and Single Twin rooms.)

Non-smoking rooms may not be available depending on the hotel’s occupancy status.

Room numbers and layouts are assigned randomly based on the hotel’s operational circumstances.

An additional fee will be charged for late check-out.

The maximum occupancy for all rooms is 2 guests; sharing a room with 3 or more guests is not permitted (excluding families).

If this rule is violated, immediate forced eviction will be enforced.

Additional fees will be charged for occupancy exceeding the standard number of guests (2 people). (20,000 KRW per person, up to a maximum of 3 people)

There are restrictions on the occupancy of minors.

One parking space is provided per room. Additional fees will apply for extra vehicles.

We reserve the right to claim compensation for any theft, damage, or soiling of property.

Rates are subject to change during peak seasons and on specific dates.

No cancellations or refunds will be issued for denied check-ins due to reservations made by minors staying with non-relatives.
