**Hotel Santa Affiliate Customer Disinfection Guidelines**

We are in the process of updating the reservation app sites (all affiliates) in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Even if changes are not made, the following notice will be considered the supreme law from the time of contract.

- Room rates are based on 2 people.

- Please note that additional charges will be paid on-site for more than 2 people.

(For additional guests not discussed with the front desk, you may be asked to vacate the room.)

- The hotel is not responsible for un-stored items.

- Costs may be incurred for room damage (bedding, wallpaper, in-room electronics, and other items).

- Hotel Santa does not allow pets.

- We inform you that convenient and fast check-in is possible using a kiosk.

- Rates may vary during peak season, specific dates, and holidays (including the day before).

- We check identification upon check-in. We ask for your active cooperation.- Minors are strictly prohibited from entering (please bring your ID)).

- If you have any inconveniences, please feel free to contact the information desk at any time.

For reservations made via bank transfer or on-site payment directly to the hotel, partial refunds and date changes are possible during weekdays. For reservations made through other sites, the cancellation and refund policy of the reservation site will apply.
