JC Hotel (Jecheon Tourist Hotel)

-Cancellations are not possible on the day of reservation (non-refundable).

-All rooms are based on 2 people (an additional 10,000 KRW will be charged per extra person).

We verify the ID of all guests, including companions.

-Entry is not possible without an ID, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

-Minors are not permitted.

-Usage will be restricted and no refunds will be issued if ID is not presented.

-Pets (dogs and cats) are not allowed.

-Mixed-gender groups of 3 or more are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.

-If personal lost items occur, the hotel is not responsible for compensation, so please check again upon check-out.

-Food items will be disposed of immediately due to their nature.

-Please be careful not to damage wallpaper and bedding when bringing in food.

-Customers are responsible for compensation in case of excessive damage.

-For random rooms, customers cannot choose the room type, and no refunds will be issued for this reason (especially not on the same day).

-For multi-night reservations, refunds for remaining days are not possible after check-in.

-Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and bathrooms.

-If smoking is detected, a 100,000 KRW fee will be charged for compensation for the time the room cannot be sold due to ventilation + cleaning costs.

-In case of damage from using candles, dyeing, or throwing objects, compensation may be required.

-When going out, please leave your card key at the front desk.

-For lost and found items, unclaimed items will be disposed of after a maximum of 4 weeks.

-There are no additional charges for multi-night stays.
