All rooms are non-smoking. If smoking is detected inside a room, you may be asked to check out immediately without a refund or cancellation, and you may be charged for delayed room availability and room cleaning fees.

For stays of three or more people, mixed-gender occupancy (men and women) is prohibited unless the guests are family members or of the same gender. Please note this when making your reservation.

Pets are not allowed. If you bring a pet without prior consent, you will be asked to check out immediately, and no cancellations or refunds will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

As a general rule, guests will be required to check out immediately if noise in the room or other disruptive behavior is likely to cause distress to others.

Any damage or destruction caused by activities such as using candles, dyeing hair, or throwing objects will be reported, and you will be held liable for compensation.

Rooms are sold exclusively for the guest(s) named at the time of check-in; allowing other guests to use the room on your behalf (e.g., changing the number of guests) during your stay is not permitted.

No refunds will be issued for violations of these usage guidelines.

Please note that same-day cancellations are non-refundable; please be sure to confirm this policy.

All of our hotel rooms feature wooden floors, which may result in damage to the flooring or safety issues when using a wheelchair.

To ensure your safety and protect our facilities, we regret to inform you that wheelchair use is restricted. Guests who use wheelchairs are kindly asked to contact the hotel before making a reservation.
