1. Usage Guide

For the benefit of all guests using the hotel after 12 AM,

please be mindful of noise.

We ask for your consideration and cooperation to avoid disturbing neighboring rooms.

2. Smoking Information

-All areas non-smoking-

Hound Hotel is non-smoking in all rooms and terrace areas.

If smoking occurs in the room, the smoke detector will activate, and a cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW

will be charged at check-out.

3. -Prohibition of various event activities-

Serious damage often occurs in rooms during events.

Damage from tape on wallpaper, furniture damage, candle activities, lost room keys, etc.

In case of damage, the full cost will be charged to the customer.

4. Parking Information

Only 1 car per room is allowed. (20,000 KRW per additional car if more than 1)

Pre-parking is not allowed before check-in time (additional charges apply for vehicles other than the one free parking spot)

If using special vehicles (large vehicles, special vehicles, supercars, modified vehicles, etc.), parking may not be possible, so please inquire with the hotel.

※High-end foreign cars such as Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Lamborghini, etc., cannot use the underground parking lot. (Please use the surface parking lot.)

In case of excessive noise or disturbance during hotel use, guests will be asked to vacate immediately after one warning if it persists, and no refunds will be issued.
